| Craig Davies Managing Director Craig is the Founder & MD of HRA. The business was established in 1999, some seventeen years later (HRA) Hotel Representation Australia is still considered a leader in the field. Craig has a passion for the industry and believes that a personal hands on approach, and strong communication are the keys to HRA's success. With over twenty six years experience in the Tourism and Publishing fields Craig has developed strong relationships, and knowledge of the Industry. Having worked with hotels and resorts over the years Craig has gained a clear understanding of what works and what doesn't. Relationships, networks and driving a sales focussed team ultimately produce the results for his clients. HRA's strengths and uniqueness derive from the team's sales background. Priding themselves on a face-to-face sales approach targeting not only FIT leisure markets but also corporate and MICE business. Amy Young Amy has been to 5 continents of the world and still looking for more, her passion of travel is infectious. She has volunteered in orphanages in Vietnam, was married in Jamaica, assisted in elephant orphanages in Thailand and camped over night in the Egyptian deserts. That aside, she and her husband have also experienced many five star properties and has the ability to speak from experience about a number of our properties. Amy has been a valuable asset to our team for some years and continues to build strong relationships through her hard work. |

Belinda Reitberger Nothing is too much to ask and as such all our clients love her. Belinda has travelled extensively both for business and personal, these travels have taken her to many destinations around the world, including the UK, parts of the US, trekking in Nepal, and Peru ( including the four day Machu Picchu hike ), India and absorbing the cultures within many of the exotic destinations of Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Fortunately she shares a similar bucket list with her husband. |

Julie Tannahill Julie lives and breathes travel, with over 15 years of experience as both an international travel agent and travel manager in some of Australia's leading agencies. Her experience includes working within the corporate sector and retail agencies over the years and therefore understands the needs and nature of the industry. Julie's travel destinations include Europe, USA, Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Julie's wealth of knowledge,experience and happy disposition combine to make her a valuable asset to HRA. She thrives on working hard, is very creative, enjoys a challenge and spreading the HRA word in Victoria. |

| Lynette Davies Corporate New Zealand Lynette is well known in New Zealand for her fund-raising activities and marketing expertise. Her involvement with tourism goes back more years than she cares to remember and includes setting up Auckland Tourist Times, marketing for Tourism Tasmania, compiling wining and dinning guides for New Zealand and Australia and regular freelance articles from both sides of the Tasman. Lynette is passionate about her birth country, New Zealand and sees a greater relationship building between Australia & New Zealand due to proximity safety issues and costs. Lynette's strengths are a great asset to HRA in the New Zealand market. |
