Craig is the Founder & MD of HRA. The business was established in 1999, some seventeen years later (HRA) Hotel Representation Australia is still considered a leader in the field. Craig has a passion for the industry and believes that a personal hands on approach, and strong communication are the keys to HRA's success. With over twenty six years experience in the Tourism and Publishing fields Craig  has developed strong relationships, and knowledge of the Industry.

Craig was Owner - Director of The Braynart Group, One of the largest independent tourism publishing companies in Australia and founder of a number of key publications. Craig later began Paradises Ink and was also the founder of Mice.net Magazine & Asian Paradises.

Having travelled extensively around the globe, Craig developed a love of travel and hotels “there are so many amazing properties around this global, the difficulty is deciding on which one to stay at. I have many friends who are now General Managers and are running these amazing properties and many had the same problem, How do they capture the Aussie market? This was the reason I started HRA, to help a few friends…….17 years later we represent one of the most luxurious Hotel brands in the world, ie Rosewood Hotels. In saying that we have also stayed true to our core and represent a number of small independent properties, after all, this is what our business was built on".

Having worked with hotels and resorts over the years Craig has gained a clear understanding of what works and what doesn't. Relationships, networks and driving a sales focussed team ultimately produce the results for his clients. HRA's strengths and uniqueness derive from the team's sales background. Priding themselves on a face-to-face sales approach targeting not only FIT leisure markets but also corporate and MICE business. HRA follows a strict business plan that is service orientated and value added. We look forward to working with you !

Amy Young
Account Manager - Sydney

Amy has been to 5 continents of the world and still looking for more, her passion of travel is infectious. She has volunteered in orphanages in Vietnam, was married in Jamaica, assisted in elephant orphanages in Thailand and camped over night in the Egyptian deserts. That aside, she and her husband have also experienced many five star properties and has the ability to speak from experience about a number of our properties.

She has worked as a Travel consultant for over 10 years and understands the needs from both sides of the desk. With her travel industry background Amy is able to get right to the point of what agents need and want to hear.

 Amy has been a valuable asset to our team for some years and continues to build strong relationships through her hard work.

Belinda Reitberger
Office Manager

Nothing is too much to ask and as such all our clients love her.

Belinda has travelled extensively both for business and personal, these travels have taken her to many destinations around the world, including the UK, parts of the US, trekking in Nepal, and Peru ( including the four day Machu Picchu hike ),  India and absorbing the cultures within many of the exotic destinations of Southeast Asia and the Pacific.

Fortunately she shares a similar bucket list with her husband.

Emily Guider
Social Media Manager

Emily studied Arts and Communication at the University of Newcastle and is the most recent addition to the HRA team.
Having spent the last year interning at organisations in Newcastle, including six months with Tourism Hunter, Emily was introduced to the fast world of tourism, events and public relations.

Excited to join the already strong and vibrant team at HRA, Emily is enthusiastic for the challenges that will come with her role.
Emily brings her creativity and social media experience to the team and is responsible for our website, social media and driving promotions and marketing activities.
Emily also has experience in event management, having been responsible for coordinating and managing weddings, conferences and other functions for the last two years at venues in both Pokolbin and Lake Macquarie.

Debra Davies

Debra attends to all accounts and financial matters . Debra has extensively travelled throughout Asia and has also been fortunate enough to have visited and enjoyed all of the HRA propertie.

Julie Tannahill
Account Manager - Melbourne

Julie lives and breathes travel, with over 15 years of experience as both an international travel agent and travel manager in some of Australia's leading agencies.

Her experience includes working within the corporate sector and retail agencies over the years and therefore understands the needs and nature of the industry.

Julie's travel destinations include Europe, USA, Southeast Asia and the Pacific.

Julie's wealth of knowledge,experience and happy disposition combine to make her a valuable asset to HRA.

She thrives on working hard, is very creative, enjoys a challenge and  spreading the HRA word in Victoria.

Lynette is well known in New Zealand for her fund-raising activities and marketing expertise. Her involvement with tourism goes back more years than she cares to remember and includes setting up Auckland Tourist Times, marketing for Tourism Tasmania, compiling wining and dinning guides for New Zealand and Australia and regular freelance articles from both sides of the Tasman.

Lynette is passionate about her birth country, New Zealand and sees a greater relationship building between Australia & New Zealand due to proximity safety issues and costs.

Lynette's strengths are a great asset to HRA in the New Zealand market.
